“All healing journeys begin and end in the body.”
Movement as a discovery of our inner world
Our bodies hold our souls and our life experiences and with that all our beliefs and patterns too. By bringing conscious attention to our movement we do not only start to feel our anatomical patterns but have the potential to dive into our mental and emotional behaviors.
In the way I move and teach movement there is a big emphasis on getting to know yourself more and more. How much more can you sense? How deep can you go? How much more can you refine your awareness and open yourself to the magic underneath your skin?
While having certain tools to keep the strength in your center you will be able to not just sense more but also to let it move through you and with that release it from your system.
Creating new physical, emotional, mental and energetically connections that serve your freedom in movement and life.

FluiDance
A practice I have been discovering over time for myself and it let's me dive fully into the expression of my divine feminine while my inner masculine is holding the center. In this form of dance I use the FluidUs principles and let the music guide me into an expression of what wants to be felt in each moment.
